On 26th February 2024, Hon. Kojo Oppong Nkrumah’s second day as Minister of Works and Housing, he visited the building designated to host the headquarters of the Real Estate Agency Council (REAC). The minister tasked the team to complete and open for business in April.
” Today, April 30th, I was pleased to observe the opening of the council . This milestone marks a significant step forward in regulating Ghana’s real estate sector, ensuring compliance with standards and boosting confidence in the industry”.
The Minister commend the hard work of all involved in making this a reality. He advices and encouraged the team to continue working together to enhance transparency and professionalism in Ghana’s real estate sector.
