The entire town of Nsuapemso welcomed Dignitaries in style as they Graced their Queen Mother’s Durbar.
The 10th anniversary celebration of Nana Akosua Kyerewaa I, Queen Mother of Nsuapemso, was attended by Queen Mothers, District Executives, Pastors, Bishops, friends, and families from Ghana and the Diaspora from October 3rd to 5th, 2025.
The event showcased authentic Akan culture and focused on uniting to develop the community.
During the occasion, the queen mother of Osino, ObaaPenyin Nana Adoma Agyeman III, advised the mining companies within the area to do their very best to help Nsuapemso and also take good measures in their mining activities to help river safety in the area.
The District Directors also promised to work hand in hand with the community to help in development.
The Head of Projects Ghana, an NGO helping create job opportunities in Ghana, Kwabena Kumi Ofori-Addo advised the youth to go into other technical and vocational training so as to help increase entrepreneurship skills in the community.
The pastors and bishops blessed the occasion with prayers and spiritual guidance for the future of Nsuapemso to be more guided by God’s words and directions.
Finally, the Queen Mother of Nsuapemso, Nana Akosua Kyerewaa I, took time to flash back to the efforts she has taken during all the years to make Nsuapemso move from its old state to its present state. She thanked all the chiefs, queen mothers, and elders within the Fanketrakwa district for always accepting her requests and invitations. Mostly she thanked her family and elders, youths, and all the businessmen and women within her community for always putting good steps in all her plans towards development in the village.
She pledged to do more to change the narratives and bring a New Nsuapemso to reality.
