After the community youths and old-age women complained about the consistent distraction and disturbances of Kimbo Mining Ltd., a mining company claiming to be backed by powerful politicians in Ghana, the son of the land and some youths took it upon themselves to block the road and announce that the trucks that pass Nsuapemso at night should stop at 8pm and resume work at 6am so the old people and children can have rest.

Some of the Kimbo workers, after seeing the media member at their site to observe and negotiate about the cry of the community, decided to pay some of the youths in Nsuapemso to stop the media coalition team member from coming to their site or will find a way to pay the heads of the media coalition and kill their member.

This information reached the media member at night by an unknown truck driver of Kimbo; he claimed to be called Frank.

The media investigator insisted on keeping up the fight for his village even if that information is true.

According to some audio recordings that the hidden drone by the coalition picked up at the Kimbo site, it laid out how a member of the Kimbo miners was angry, instructing their security man to walk the media people out from their concession because of the videos the media people took about their activities, which is against the Mineral and Mining Act 703 in the 2006 constitution.

The entire media coalition is calling for justice for Nsuapemso and their member.

For years many media people and government officials have been killed through the fight against galamsey and irresponsible mining, and at the end no justice was served.

The truck driver who gave his name as Frank has not been seen on the site since then.

After the information reached the media investigator, he contacted a Kimbo worker claiming not to be Ghanaian and said that the truck driver he knows as Frank has stopped work and traveled back to his hometown.
