The Government of Ghana has officially handover the 3rd phase of the commissioning of housing units project to the Ghana police services
(112 room apartments and 208 2 bedroom apartments)these is to serve for safety and secured life / welfare.
The Government has already inaugurated 516 Apartment at Kwabenya a suburb of Accra. ( 144, one bed room apartment and 82, Two bedroom apartment ) in order to help in the service of the communities along side lot of logistics to support the Police services.
theses will help boost the morals and efforts of the Ghana Police service to deliver effective service delivery in Ghana.
The President in his inauguration speech promised the completion of other ongoing housing projects in the country .
Bellow are some other Security aid housing project that the government of Ghana has already complete and in used.
2019 project at kwabeknya commissioned in 2023
2018 project at tema phase 2 commissioned in March 2018 by Vice President Dr Mahamadu Bawumia
1000 homes for security services alone
1700 housing by TDC in kpone used for the health personals
822 state housing has been put down
600 construction ongoing housing facilities and many more housing benefits for the country
The General Assemble Housing Projects is seeking fund for the
kofodu , seglahi , adenta , projects.
